We’ll help here by ensuring all that we cross off all the necessary list items. We’ll also use the opportunity to ensure the lender is being competitive with their rate.
05 Settlement & Beyond
It’s a common misconception that settlement is plain sailing and an Advisors work is done once the ink has dried. At Mortgage Scene, we ensure that you have our ongoing support available in checking that your loan still meets your needs 6, 12, even 18 months down the track.
